EOE Course is a specialized training platform for health professionals belonging to the European Society of Eosinophilic Oesophagitis – EUREOS.
These general website terms of use regulate the terms and conditions of access to and use of EOE Course, owned by EUREOS located at c/o Centerview GmbH, Weinbergstrasse 102, CH-8006 Zurich, that the user of the Platform must read and accept in order to use all the services and information that are provided by the portal.
Under no circumstances is EUREOS responsible for any decision or improper action carried out by the webiste users.
Users must respect the terms and conditions laid out in these general conditions of use at all times. The user expressly states that he/she will use the portal diligently and assume any responsibility that may arise from the non-compliance of its rules.
By registering on our platform, you accept the terms and conditions. If you decide not to accept them, you will not be able to take our courses.
Moreover, the user may not use the portal to transmit, store, disclose, promote or distribute data or content that are carriers of viruses or any other computer code, files or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy or impair the operation of any computer or telecommunications programme or hardware, or content not corresponding to its purpose.
EUREOS does not assume and therefore fully declines all claims to any entity for damages, liabilities or losses including, without limitation, any liability for damages resulting from relying on this service or the delivery of any content or material by third parties, or caused by social conflicts or force majeure conflicts, including the requirements or judicial or administrative orders, or sabotage saturations, whether intentional or not.
The registration for and use of EOE Course implies the acceptance of the application’s terms of service.
EUREOS reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of use of the Portal at any given time. It is always recommended that you periodically consult these terms of use as they may be modified.
The contents, trademarks, logos, drawings, documentation, computer programmes or any other element susceptible to protection by intellectual or industrial property legislation, which are accesible on the platform correspond exclusively to the company or its legitimate owners and all rights are expressly reserved. The creation of hypertext links to any integral element of the web pages on the Portal without the authorization of the company is strictly prohibited, unless it is to a page on the Portal that does not require identification or authentication for access, or unless it is restricted.
Either way, the Portal reserves all rights to the content, information, data and services that it holds. The Portal does not grant any license to or authorization of use to the user of its contents, data or services, other than what is expressly detailed in these general terms and conditions of use of the Portal.
Users who access the platform have permission to view the information contained therein, as well as to print it, download it and make private copies on their computer equipment. On the other hand, the use of this information and the graphic elements for reproduction through any means that is hosted or supported on a server connected to a public network (Internet) or a local network is strictly prohibited, except with prior authorization from EUREOS.
EUREOS is responsible for the correct functioning of its website and the veracity of its contents. However, it is not responsible for any incident that makes it impossible to visit the website caused by an interruption to or a faulty delivery of the telecommunications supply which is outside the company’s control.
The courses taken through EOE Course are personal and are not transferable to other people.
The user will access the courses via username and a personal and non-transferable password which are set during the registration process on the platform.
The user is responsible for the veracity of the data provided by him/her.
The time limit for carrying out the training activity will be established specifically for each course. Once the time limit is exceeded, if you have not passed the course you will have to start it again.
EUREOS reserves the right to disable access to users who do not respect the aforementioned terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zurich shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy or claim that arises. All notifications, requests and communications that the User wishes to send to EUREOS must be made in writing. It is understood that the notification has been correctly carried out once it has been received at the address indicated in the first point of these conditions.
