Rebeca Andradas, MSc

Graduate and Master in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, currently coordinates the Diet Committee at AEDESEO. She has specialized in helping to improve the quality of life of patients through individualized dietary therapy. She is also the co-founder and CEO of HelpRare Biotech, dedicated to the research, diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases.


Noelia Carracedo

Graduate in Occupational therapy, she is coordinator at NUPA, and has extensive experience as an occupational therapist, and great knowledge for evaluation and intervention in eating behavior problems from her field.


Dr. Roger García Puig. M

is the Head of the Department of Pediatrics at Hospital Universitari MútuaTerrassa. As a Pediatric Gastroenterologist, he is member of the EoE Working group of the European Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition (ESPGHAN) and the Spanish Working Group in Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis (GETECCU). Dr. García Puig is also the cofounder and Medical Director of The Smart Lollipop, pursuing easier solutions to promote child health with non-invasive methods.

Dr. Ruth García Martínez de Bartolomé, MD

Pediatrician and coordinator of the AEDESEO Medical Commission, who dedicates great efforts to disseminating information about this disease to the population. Dr. García’s research focuses on how eosinophilic esophagitis affects the quality of life of patients and their families.


Dr. Danila Guagnozzi, MD, PhD

Gastroenterologist at Vall d’Hebron Hospital, with a long career as a researcher, especially focused on eosinophilic esophagitis and microscopic colitis. He is main researcher in sevaral projects at the Vall d'Hebrón Research Instutute and coordinates the multidisciplinary clinic for eosinophilic esophagitis at her hospital.


Dr. Mar Guilarte, MD, PhD

Specialist in Allergology at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital, and associate professor at the Ramon Llull University. Dr. Guilarte is a reference in the research of hereditary angioedema, mast cell-mediated diseases, anaphylaxis, and eosinophilic esophagitis. She is the referal allergologists at the Vall d'Hebron EoE clinic

Elisa Iglesias Ledesma

is a Speech Therapist at NUPA, who accompanies patients affected by intestinal failure, parenteral nutrition and multivisceral transplant, helping the development of language and communication of this group.


Dr. Alfredo J Lucendo, MD, PhD

is the Head of the Department of Gastroenterology at Tomelloso General Hospital, and coordinator of the EIMIRlab (Eosinophilic Inflammation and Mucosal Immunology Research Lab). Dr. Lucendo’s main research topics include eosinophilic esophagitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and celiac disease. Founding member and current president of EUREOS (2022-2025).


Dr. Ángel Nieto Sáncez, MD, PhD

Internal Medicine Specialist and member of the Medical Commission of AEDESEO, who has more than 25 years of experience in the profession and has extensive training in different areas of the specialty. Specifically, he is an expert in clinical and research medicine in the areas of vascular risk, COPD, and clinical toxicology. Throughout his professional career, Dr. Nieto has combined his healthcare work with teaching, being a tutor for Internal Medicine residents and an Honorary Professor of the Department of Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine of the Complutense University of Madrid.

Dr. Víctor Vila, MD

is specialist in Pediatric Gastroenterology at the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital in Barcelona, and senior assistant in the Gastroenterology Deparment. He coordinates the Digestive Endoscopy Working group of the Spanish Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology and is member of the Spanish, European and Latin American societies of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Pediatric Nutrition (SEGHNP, ESPGHAN and LASPGHAN, respectively). He is also a member of the Spanish Society of Digestive Endoscopy (SEED) and the Eosinophilic Esophagitis and Polyposis Syndromes working groups of the European Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology (ESPGHAN).
